Over the years Russ Cherry, fueled by his anger, has informed and entertained us. In 2012 his call for ASTD members to stop waiting for permission and to start building their organizations was a classic. Last year he laughed in the face of certain death and danger. He played with matches and started a fire at the food bank (maybe a little dramatic - he did light a candle). We solved the candle problem and focused our creativity to solve the things that bug us and help people retain what they learn from us! What could Russ possibly do to top his rants, raves, pyromania, and problem solving? He could try to change the world! On May 16th, 2014 be the first to experience his world changing announcement! Space always fills fast so RSVP today. * **
* Be sure to bring some rotten eggs and over ripe fruits & veggies. You never know when you may need to throw them.
** ASTD is not liable for any throwing related injuries. So, start practicing your throwing mechanics now. I would hate for you to get injured. Eggs and tomatoes are heavier than you think.
"The Master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence in whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him, he is always doing both." Edward M. Hallowell, MD
