Please join us for our monthly meeting in partnership with our SHRM partners in Billings. Our speaker, Carlos Arce will be discussing "Performance Excellence".

This monthly event is in person only and will be held in Billings at the Bighorn Resort. Lunch is included! 

Time: 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.

About our Speaker:

Carlos Arce

Company Leader, Customer Experience

Carlos has served as a consultant and coach of organizational and leadership development for over 20 years. With a background in both process improvement and education, he has successfully developed and implemented leadership and learning initiatives that improve organizational performance, the customer experience and employee engagement.

Carlos was most recently the Chief Learning Officer at Billings Clinic - a non-profit multispecialty clinic, where he contributed to the national recognition Billings Clinic has received in areas of service, leadership, and quality. Carlos has led organizational change efforts both as an external coach and as an internal leader. As a result, he has acquired unique expertise on how to optimize and align organizational resources to achieve and sustain desired results.

Carlos's specific area of interest is in improving organizational culture and collaboration. His innovative insights and resourceful methods have helped redesign and improve a variety of common organizational tactics including: daily huddles and meetings, leadership and staff training and learning experiences, employee onboarding and orientation, recruitment and interviewing.

Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Santa Clara University and a Masters in Education from the UCLA. He has been an instructor and teacher for middle school through graduate level students. In addition, he has extensive experience as a sports head coach in both youth and collegiate athletics. Carlos is a student of Complex Systems Theory and its application within human systems.
